Rutgers escaped Raymond James Stadium Friday with a 22-20 victory over South Florida. Ray Rice helped the 23rd ranked Scarlet Knights power their way to a 5-0 start, racking up 202 yards on the ground with two touchdowns. South Florida threatened late, but failed on a potential game-tying two-point conversion.
